In partnership with Milan Contract District, Lema will handle the wardrobes supply for the new Princype residential complex, to be delivered within 2021. 198 apartments developed on 10 floors in Milan, near Corso Sempione, in Via Principe Eugenio: a particularly prestigious project signed by Studio Marco Piva based on the rigor of rationalism reinterpreted through a contemporary approach to living. The architecture offers an alternation of large green terraces on the top floors of the building that give lightness and impetus to the building, a modern re-enactment of the traditional Milanese historical residences capable of hiding fascinating green spaces.

In addition to the wardrobes, Lema supplied all the furnishings for the sample apartment that can be already visited close to the construction site: buyers can in fact choose to complete their apartment with a whole furnishing project by Lema.
